~Workplace storytelling and employee experience content built from real frontline experience~
I'm Sean.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked across frontline, customer-facing, safety-sensitive, creative, and operational roles. This includes retail, military service, hospitality, media production, and warehouse operations.
That background gives me a practical view of employee experience: not just what organizations intend, but what employees actually encounter during training, communication, workload, customer pressure, and daily operations.
My formal education includes film and video production, business, psychology, and human resources. GEM brings those pieces together through workplace storytelling, employee-focused content, and videos that help people communicate with more clarity and trust.
~To increase sustainability by reducing squandered turnover~
This means helping employees, managers, and organizations why people stay, why they leave, and how clearer communication, stronger support, and more honest storytelling can reduce avoidable employee loss.
Workplace storytelling videos: Culture videos, training-adjacent content, and stories that show the human side of work.
Employee experience content: Short videos, blogs, livestreams, and commentary about retention, trust, onboarding, communication, and frontline work.
These earlier projects show my foundation in documentary-style storytelling, promotional video, and people-focused production. As GEM develops, my focus is shifting toward workplace stories, employee experience, and videos that highlight the people behind the work.
